The Certification
Our Food Hygiene & Safety courses meet all the training material requirements at: -

• Level 1 Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene
• Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
It meets the requirements of the European EU Food Laws as set out in the Codex Alimentarius and, as such, ensures that your staff are legally compliant. A quality assured certificate is issued to show satisfactory completion which can then be used to provide evidence for compliance and audit.
The certificate is produced directly by the course once the user has completed the course, is recorded on the system for external audit purposes, and is usually emailed to you within 24 hours. This saves all the hassle of receiving the certificate by post.
The Level 2 course is content certificated by the Royal Institute of Public Health.
