This course covers the all essential areas of food hygiene in approximately 3-4 hours. The training is fully animated with high quality animation and it also has a full audio voice over - no computer skills are needed. 

The design function also allows the trainee to leave the course halfway through and continue the course where they logged out another day. This is very useful for busy production lines that have deadlines to meet.
