Through Global ID Consulting Ltd, an integrated and systematic, Supply Chain Risk Minerva Management process is provided to review ingredient and additive suppliers’ systems and procedures.

The risk management review is completed through an online traceability questionnaire.

All suppliers will be provided with logon and password details generated by Global ID Consulting Ltd to register, purchase, access, complete and submit the Traceability Questionnaires.

Responses will be reviewed by a Global ID consultant and if satisfactory, suppliers will be entered into an approved list. Suppliers who fail to comply with the requirements will be moved to the next step (if the client wishes to proceed). The client has free and full 24/7 access to the entire on-line database. However suppliers may only access their own data. Database maintenance and security will be provided by Global ID Consulting.

The next step requires the supplier to submit traceability documentation to Global ID for review. Compliance will result in approval. Suppliers who cannot demonstrate traceability will be moved to the next part of the process.

This part requires suppliers to undergo an on-site assessment. A satisfactory assessment/close out of non-conformances will lead to approval.
