Issue 5 – Update course - 10th July 2008

You are invited to a one-day seminar on Thursday 10th July to prepare you for the transition to BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, Version 5.  There are significant changes to SOFHT
the content and operation of the standard that, without
preparation, will serve to catch out the unwary. 
 

Our sister company; Cert ID Europe, supported by SOFHT are hosting a one-day seminar to address concerns raised by food industry professionals wishing to quickly understand and implement the changes to comply with the requirements of the revised standard.

Update overview: 

·          The aim of this presentation is to highlight the differences between versions 4 and 5 and to attempt to give some guidance to Clients as they prepare for Version 5 audits.
·          The first section will look at the ‘Protocol’ i.e. how the audit is conducted, including time on site and the revised grading system.
·          The second section will address changes to the requirements of the Standard with guidance as to what the changes actually mean in practice.
·          It is important that the following notes are read together with a copy of the Standard.
